Support the humanities at FSU

By including the Florida State University Humanities Center in your philanthropic plans, you will be instrumental in providing the resources needed for the center’s long-term success. Whether you choose to support students, faculty, or fund the FSU Humanities Center's daily operation, it is easy to make a meaningful gift.

You may wish to make an annual gift or create an endowed fund that will honor a family member, mentor, or former professor in perpetuity. Funding endowments during your lifetime or after is also a simple way to reduce your tax burden.

No matter what method you choose to support the FSU Humanities Center, rest assured knowing that your contribution will provide the funds to ensure the study of human experience remains a vibrant and influential force.

Faculty, students, and alumni stand on the shoulders of the women who shaped the Florida State College for Women, FSU’s predecessor. FSCW’s motto, Femina Perfecta, illuminated the “perfect woman,” translated today as the all-around student. In this vein, FSCW faculty and the university administration took immense pride in supporting the humanities to shape the future and cultivate a culture of understanding and acceptance. Private dollars dedicated to the FSU Humanities Center will be critical in continuing to support the university's academic traditions surrounding research, teaching and outreach in the humanities.
